An Off-Grid Solar Inverter converts the direct current (DC) from solar panels into alternating current (AC) for use in homes or businesses that are not connected to the electrical grid. It is designed to work independently, often in conjunction with battery storage, to provide a reliable power supply from solar energy. These inverters ensure that the stored energy can be used when solar power is unavailable, such as at night or during cloudy periods. More advanced units also incorporate grid feed to supplement the power supply. Often this units are confused with Hybrid inverters. These inverters are not Bi-Directional and can not feed back to the grid.
