Lithium Iron Phosphate Cells (LiFePO4) – No one can afford to be outside of this revolution!
It is not a case of LiFePO4 being affordable, it is a case of can one afford to use lead acid? The life cycle cost of LiFePO4 cells is a quarter of lead acid batteries. The upfront costs for a pack vary from similar to double depending on the application, but one must consider that in 3 to 6 years’ time the lead acid batteries must be replaced and the LiFePO4 cells will last 13 to 20 years depending on the application and pack design.
LiFePO4 cells have revolutionised the potential and life cycle cost of operating battery based power systems. These cells have a cycle life 10 times that of typical deep cycle lead acid batteries. They only cost approximately 50% more to purchase upfront, however the saving on life cycle cost is substantial.
LiFePO4 cells are available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate loads of a few amps to over 1000 amps. They can deliver sustained high power without excessive heat generation. There are no gases released and LiFePO4 cells are also thermally stable. They can be charged repeatedly to full capacity in less than 60 minutes with no appreciable loss in performance.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging unopened.
Several goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and or the items serial number/s.
Returns need to be returned to the store or branch where purchased.
If the above conditions are not met SIWSA (PTY) reserves the right to reject any claims.
Returns will be credited at the prevailing price at the time or at the invoice price. Which ever is lower.
PLEASE NOTE: All return costs including delivery costs are for the account of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received (at your cost) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account via EFT, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@siwsa.co.za
Sale items or Items marked for clearance are not illegible for returns.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have been supplied defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please notify us via email at sales@siwsa.co.za.
Return Shipping.
To return your product, you should return your product to: 169 Herman Street, Meadowdale, Johannesburg, 1614. Or the branch where the item was purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
